Cancellation Policy

We have a fourteen day cancellation policy to either change the date of, or cancel an in-person course booking.

Cancellations or bookings outside of this time frame will be non-refundable.

In case of refund, the money may take up to 10 working days to arrive back in your account. For international bank accounts there may be a small transactional fee which will not be refundable.

Online downloadable content cannot be cancelled or refunded once the download has begun.

Data and Privacy

We collect data in order to provide the service only, or to provide news updates via newsletters should you subscribe. You may unsubscribe from these at any time by requesting to do so.

We do not share data with any third parties.

All course content , including downloadable content, is the intellectual property of Humankind Hair Ltd.

Content may not be replicated, copied or reproduced as belonging to or written by anybody else.

Accounts and Downloadable Content

An account must be created in order to purchase and view downloadable content.

Accounts are limited to one user per account.

Downloadable content is to be viewed only by the account holder who has purchased the course.

Any attempt made to share downloaded content, or login details, will result in immediate termination of the account and removal of any purchased or downloaded content. In this instance, creation of future accounts for the owner of said account will not be permitted.
