How do you feel when clients ask you about hair loss?

For me it’s a mix of emotions; empathy, respect and gratitude for their trust. But it always used to be twinged heavily with fear of not knowing what to say.

Clients expect us to have all the answers, but the reason we often don’t is because these subjects are simply not part of the hairdressing curriculum. And that’s a real shame.

I became a trichologist because I wanted answers both for myself and my clients. I wanted to live up to and exceed their expectations with my knowledge, and provide support when they needed it most.

In this course I’ll share with you detailed information on hair growth, thinning and loss, so you can confidently discuss these with your client.
